About Tight Loop Solutions
Small Businesses are the lifeblood of the U.S. economy. I started Tight Loop Solutions in 2020 to support the small business community in Chattanooga and throughout the region. I have had the opportunity to interact with hundreds of small high tech businesses throughout my career and learned as much from them as they learned from me. I have also supported the efforts of large organizations and government agencies in their quest to find solutions for hard problems. Often the solutions came from the power of small businesses to quickly create solutions that others had missed.

For more than two decades, Kirk focused on helping startups grow and supporting government innovation efforts as a tech scout, researcher, and project manager. He has founded or co-founded four companies focused on innovation ecosystems and guiding small businesses in the development of solutions for complex problems.
Today he partners with small businesses, government, and academic institutions to support education, innovation, and growth.
